My aim is to promote a healthy work-travel balance.

Brio comes from the Italian/Spanish word “equilibrio” which means balance. It’s a principle that I find important in all aspects of life and actively seek out. Whether it is work and play, junk food and gym, saying yes to opportunities but setting your own boundaries, relationships and me time or anything and everything in between.

I believe a good balance between work and travel increases our productivity, our health, our mindset and our joy in all aspects of life.
