“Capitalising on its melting pot of cultures, Singapore is finally getting some spark, and is fast becoming one of Asia’s hit-list destinations.” – Lonely Planet
Singapore’s Changi Airport (SIN) is consistently rated among the top airports in the world and a tourist destination in and of itself. Jewel Changi Airport is a 10-story lifestyle hub that links each terminal where you can find anything and everything from shopping to food to nature.
To get from the airport into the city you can take the MRT (metro) for less than $2 USD which takes roughly 30 minutes or a bus which will take triple the time for around the same cost.
Land travel is possible but takes a very long time. Buses from Thailand and Malaysia take 12-14 hours from the main departure points.
